GREAT FOR TENANTS!

I just moved from Arizona to California, and the staff at LPM walked me through the renting process. They were accessible at all hours of the night, they work late, and they always pick up their phones. The day after we moved in to our property the AC broke, and the next day it was fixed. Its amazing these guys aren't bigger.

Best property management company in the valley

They have the best selection of homes for rentals, and are the most widely known property management company by tenants. Owners houses sit infrequently, and they pride themselves on renting difficult to rent houses. Definitely worth whatever they charge to sit back and let them manage your properties. An A++++!
