I rent an apartment from Sweet Properties and I am new to the world of renting. This is only the second time I have rented anywhere but this company has set the standard high as to how a management agency should act. The people who take my rent are friendly, the maintenance requests are fixed within a few days, if I have questions I can call someone and either get an answer or a call back within a day.

I rent a place from Sweet Properties out in the country. I know that many of their rentals are in the city, but they handle needs of country living just as well as a residential concern. My dream has always been to live in the country and because of the unique situation that Sweet Properties provides with its country properties; I am able to live where I have wanted for a very long time.

Through the years, I have bought and sold many properties as a real estate investor and I have always used Sweet Properties to handle the rent up and management segment. I concerned myself with buying and selling but they were able to rent my investment properties quickly so that I could concentrate on the part of real estate that really interests me.

I have worked as a vendor for Sweet Properties for many years and I recommend them as a company. The employees I have dealt with took the tenant concerns seriously and promptly passed them along to me so that I was able to take care of any issues at the property.

My only interaction with this place this far has only been turn in applications for a property I want to rent, but I am relieved. This place is already better than the other people we rented from. Sweet Properties treated us like people, not a number and a rent check.
