Worst customer serivce ever, "genius' agents incompetent!.
Richard was the worst excuse for customer service I have ever encountered anywhere, let alone an Apple store. Shocking. Truly shocking. He should be suspended if not fired.
Rude, insulting, condescending... shall I go on? I definitely can.
He clearly has no respect for customers and is most obviously unhappy in his job.
I was concerned about the fact the technicians had transferred my mac email with over 4,000 emails from my old computer to the one I bought from them (Apple/Vintage Faire) only weeks before and corrupted the files. Not harming my very important email files was one of my biggest requests. When they did in fact harm them, Richard should have been doing everything in his power to assure me the problem could and would be fixed. Instead of handling me with respect and ease, Richard quickly put me on the defense and treated me like a child. Instead of offering to remedy the problem his store created he told me in so many words, too bad, leave.
Because of this experience, I as a 30+ year Modesto resident (family even longer) and long term one of many in my family mac users, will not only never recommend this store, but seriously consider my and our loyalty to Apple.
My family and friends are as disgusted as me. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere and have nothing good to say.
