It's nice to know that there are still people out there willing to go the extra mile to give you a second chance. My wife and I appreciate the extra effort you went through in order to get us approved. When doing any kind of business its rare to find someone that will take your situation and treat it as their own, and that's exactly what you did! Responsive from the start. I'm the kind of person who needs constant updates from them and they've handled that well. My agent has been great about it. They got my home ready to rent and I had a new tenant in less than two weeks. Great results there. I really can't praise them highly enough for all the work they do for me. I really appreciate it!

Real Property Management has been managing my rental properties since 2008. Their staff is professional and friendly. Their procedures and policies keep me in control of major decisions while otherwise minimizing my involvement. RPM's quick response keeps my tenants happy and myself headache free. So far they've signed up some great tenants. Rent is always taken care of on a timely basis as well. To anyone looking for a great property management company, I recommend RPM Central Valley.

For the last two years I have rented from RPM Central Valley. They have been so accommodating and have fixed the maintenance issues promptly and properly. The tenant portal is also very useful for paying rent and sending maintenance requests.

Property management is a tough business, so i'm very glad that we selected RPM Central Valley more than 5 years ago to manage our 13 rental properties- and we've been with them ever since. In our experience, they handled things in a timely, professional manner.
