TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!. I paid $25 for a spray tan with the intention of buying the year contract if I liked the results. I have spray tanned before, so I am aware of what acceptable results look like. I woke up the day after the spray looking just as pale as before with the acception of two dark brown streaks on the back of my legs! I called the salon and spoke with Charles who refused to put me back through the Mystic Tan and kept saying it was my fault. I am a manager and I know to never speak to customers the way he did to me. I am insulted, angry, out $25, and I have the pleasure of walking around with two big brown streaks on my legs. Thanks CT Tan & Nails!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. This salon is HORRIBLE!!!...When I initially went in for a full set I had wanted the CN Shellac done but they did not have some colors in stock. After I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. The manager just left me there for ten minutes until his sister finally came by to ask me to sit at her station. I left a little annoyed but then just THREE days later one of my nails broke as I closed the car door ( putting no pressure on my nail). So I called & spoke to Charles (the mgr) who was completely rude. He did not offer as a courtesy to fix my nail nor feel sympathetic. He hung up on me four times when all I wanted was to get my nail fixed even if I had to pay for it. He said just for me $10. I would NEVER recommend going here. The product is obviously crap just like the customer service.

Best nail salon in town. If you want the best care and the guarantee of cleanliness and sterilization CT Tan is the best place ever. Charles saved me from much pain and a lifetime of ugly nails. Thanks to Charles i have beautiful healthy nails.
