A Fun Place to Shop. Daydream and Nightmares is the BEST Costume shop in Stanislaus County. They have a huge variety and selection of costumes and accessories for rent or to purchase. Plus they carry lots of every day, quick kinds of costumes and accessories for almost any kind of celebration in adult and childrens sizes. Their costumes are used for plays, promotions, many different holiday and school functions and just for fun! They also carry lots of quality make-up and wigs. They will give you ideas and explain how to use the products they carry. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. It was especially fun to look through the photo albums trying to decide what costume I wanted to try on. If they don't have something, they will try to order it for you. The shop is decorated well with lots of different things to look at for ideas.

Huge selection for all your events! Friendly, helpful staff!. Easy to find or one of a kind items....this is the place to get them! More costume choices than anywhere else in Modesto! Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional.

BEST COSTUMES SHOP AROUND, GREAT COSTOMER SERVICE & GREAT COSTUMES!!!. I HAVE A PRESCHOOL CO-OP AND THE SERVICE WAS VERY HELPFUL, IF THE OWNER DOES'NT HAVE WANT YOUR LOOKING FOR SHE WILL DO HER BEST TO FIND IT !! GREAT PLACE FOR ALL YEAR LONG!!! GREAT TO TAKE YOUR CHILDREN ON A FIELD TRIP.

Biggest selection in town! Very creative and helpful staff!. My experiences at Daydreams & Nightmares have been so enjoyable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They will help you step out of your box and try things you normally would not and you'll like it.

I would recommend this place to everyone.

Amazing costumes! Huge store, large selection. Daydreams and Nightmares has a very large selection of high quality costumes in a large welcoming store. Convenient downtown location.

Best costume shop. Over 4800 square feet of costumes, I could find everything, and lots of quality Ben Nye make-up. Great prices and friendly service and knowledgable staff.

Best variety of costumes, and the friendliest service around. Great for any Occasion!. Great customer service, everyone has great knowledge of costumes,make up and they have a wide variety of items to choose from for any occasion. Highly recommend.
