One of the best. This particular Hope Chest is one of the best Thrift stores in the area. It is well stocked and is regularly updated. The clothes are generally more recent styles than the Hope Chest on McHenry. One time I saw them go through their glass collection and break all the ones that had been there for quite some time and hadn't been selling. It is located in a decent location on a main road.

DON'T GO TO HOPE CHEST 2. horrible. i don't know which hope chest this is but hope chest 2 was not good. The manager and one of the employee was being less then professional towards each other and in front of the customers. I heard that ther was a customer that was hit on the head by a picture frame that fell. And when the manager was told what happen he said that it wasn't HIS problem right infront of the other customers!! What a horrible mangager. I am never going back. Even though the profit is going to something good, most of the people working there isn't good
