Great Mexican Food. This place is the only place I go when I am feeling Mexican food, The Host Carlos and Chelly are very friendly and the food speaks for itself have tried numerous things and never been disappointed, my favorite is the Fajitas Los Compadres. A Must Go

Best mexican food in the Valley!!! PERIOD!!!. I started frequenting the Riverbank location when I was in high school, roughly 10 years ago! i was hooked instantly and made it my lunch spot at least twice a week.

When the Roseburg location opened...maybe 5 years ago??...I thought there would be no way to keep the quality and consistancy that the original Los had.

Well, they did! Los became the new lunch spot when I started attending MJC. The food could even be just a bit better than the original location, I still havn't decided.

Since I live in Riverbank I still go to the Riverbank location but I work in downtown Modesto so, the Roseburg location works for that.

There was another location for a while two blocks from my office on tenth street and it was also great. I'm not sure why it closed. There is also another location opening on Oakdale and Sylvan. You can bet I will try that too :)

The staff is always friendly, they know us and aknowledge that fact (they should after all these years). You can frequently see the same employees from one location working at the other one as well.

Los Compadres has always been the favorite eatery of all my friends for years! I have both numbers in my phone. I'm eating there for lunch today.

The price is alwways right. My favorite is just a plain quesadilla but i have tried so much! Taco salad, Fajitas, Carne asada flour tacos, chicken salad, pork carnitas burritos......on and on.....

Need I say more?

BOTOM LINE!!! I LOVE LOS AND SO DO ALL MY FRIENDS!!!!

Great Lunch destination. They make consistently good food, and the price is right. One of my favorites is their taco salad; if you havent been there you must give it try. Parking isn't a problem and though I tend to think of this as a lunch place they are open in the evenings.

my favorite mexican food. i highly recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in quality mexican food at an affordable price. the service is unmatched and the employees do not discriminate against people who are "not mexican enough," as is the case at many taquerias. this place is the best!
