Founded in Southern California in 1962 by Glen Bell (who invented the pre-fab hard taco shell), this casual order-at-the-counter Mexican restaurant features classics like tacos, nachos, quesadillas and burritos. In recent years, menu offerings have expanded to include specialty items like gorditas, chalupas and cinnamon twists.

Can't get orders or change straight.. I have very bad luck here unless it is early in the day. I love when Rich is working because he is courteous and friendly. He always gets my order straight. Otherwise we are always missing items and once our order was less than $6.00 and we paid with a $20. It took us forever to get the girls attention to let her know she kept our change. She kept avoiding us until we finally honked after holding up the line for several minutes. Now we go to the Taco Bell on West Main.
