DON'T GO HERE!!!

I went here with my kids and first of all you have an appointment and after waiting in the dirty overcrowded waiting room for 2 hours PAST my appointment time they called my older boy who is 8 to go back. Well I got up to go with him just to be told I couldn't go back with him. I told the girl he is not old enough to go alone she said that's our policy I said well your policy is stupid kids get your stuff we are leaving. This place is awful!!! DON'T EVER GO HERE!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS BUSINESS AND IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Who knows what they do to your kids back there. NO THANKS

Bad Service

I am very upset with this Western Dental and all others here in Modesto. My daughter had an appointment at 4pm and we arrived and there was no where to sit and people were standing around and even outside. This is also a fire hazard!!! I was told by the receptionist that I would have to wait 2 hrs to be seen even though my appointment was at 4. I didnt stay I just rather go to a different dentist! WD has the worst service

Looong wait at times but the back staff is great!!

Loooooong wait at times but the back staff is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You can get same day appointments when you need them. Of course this is only the childrens office i am talking about.
