Great food. This place has such good food, and the owner is very nice. They give u warm welcoming, and always says hi and a joke everytime I go in. However, this food is delicious, and that's what I left to say! I would recommend this restaurant strongly!

Special requests, to much for Falafel Hut to handle.. I arrived at Falafel Hut and ordered a Shawarma with beef and lamb. The waitress took the order and eventually came back with the food. I looked at the food and asked, "Is this beef and lamb?" She replied, "Yes, that's beef and lamb." Although it did not look like it, I took her word for it and tasted it. It was beef. Bad tasting beef at that. I explained that I specifically requested beef and lamb. She spoke to the cook, and then stated, "We only sell the Shawarma with beef or chicken. Previously I had visited this establishment and placed a "special order" and recieved a beef and lamb shawarma. I explained this and added, "If that is the case, you should have explained this when I placed the order, not just take it upon yourself to substitute beef." The waitress and cook continued to argue that it was physically impossible to place beef and lamb in a Shawarma. They argued that beef and lamb was for Gyros. They argued as if the "special request" of placing beef and lamb in a Shawarma was like them providing good service, it just wasn't physically possible. I cannot understand people who run a business in this manner. Take my advice and go somewhere else. Customer service is not a priority here, and your business is not appreciated. I will never return to this establishment.
