Good customer service.
The lever of my Dirt Devil vacuum cleaner broke and it wasn't standing straight anymore. I had a hard time using the vacuum and I checked in Walmart for a replacement. It was expensive to buy a new one of a similar size.
I have seen this Vacuum cleaner hospital many times as I drive to and from work. The shop is situated right on Golden State but has limited parking. I decided to walk in with the broken lever and the person at the shop was very friendly and sold me a lever for $6.50. I think that was a little overkill but better than buying a new vacuum I thought.
When I took it home and tried to put it on then I realized that I need a spring too. So, after a few weeks I dropped in at the shop again and the guy said that he doesn't have a spring but asked me to bring the vacuum cleaner in. Next day, I took my vacuum cleaner in and he said that he will be able to fix it in about half an hour and he said he will not charge me anything. When I returned he had fixed everything up and I was very happy. He did not charge me anything even though it took him a while to put everything together.
And that is good customer service! I will definitely go in there next time if I need to do anything with a vacuum cleaner.
