Long-time Turlock business earned our patronage. Saunders provided a competitive bid for an A/C replacement, taking care to explain that they did not recommend replacing a fairly new (~12 year old) furnace. Part of the quote was testing the ducts (something the other two companies didn't do), thus having a numerical goal they guaranteed to achieve in order to improve the efficiency of our existing ducting to work best with the new A/C unit. Brad took time to explain the quote and worked with us to make sure it was both what we needed for the system and what we what we wanted for the house.

Brad worked hard to secure our business and we definitely received the personal attention and long-time expertise available only from a company who has served their local area for decades. Every interaction I had with Saunders personnel, including the owner, Brad, and our main phone contact, Yvonne was professional and personalized.
