Forrest Heath provided excellent service.. My wife and I were two weeks away from closing when the property inspection report came in. We were disappointed. We thought we were getting a steal at 280,000. After a few days of feeling sorry for ourselves we decided to see if we could find out more information about foreclosures, then we found Heath Ridge Realty on the Internet. The foreclosure page was very helpful and it reminded me of what we did wrong. When I called Forrest Heath he answered the phone and immediately told me where to go on his website. He proved to us that there are better buys on the multiple listing service and in better condition. I found at least a half dozen homes that were priced under 20,000 than the foreclosure I was trying to buy and I wouldn't have to put another 50,000 into them. Forrest is a Professional and a gentleman. I highly recommend him. Most likely he saved my family a small fortune.

Sweet guy. Very helpful and caring..
He helped me find a home outside of Modesto and he saved me a lot of time and energy. Only bummer is- he's married :-(
His previous business name was DBC. He changed it to Heathridge. Not sure why he did it?
