Not a good place to gift shop.. Ciccarelli Jewelers is a very nice store with friendly people. However if your buying for yourself it's a good place to shop. If your buying for a friend or love one do not shop there. I bought a pair of diamond earrings for my wife for christmas. I asked before I purchased the earrings if my wife did not want them if I could return them. I was told yes. I had different mountings put on the earrings, and nothing was told to me that by changing the mounts I could not return them. On christmas day I gave them to my wife, to find out she does not care for diamond earrings and would rather put the money toward a different gift. Two days after christmas I called Ciccarelli Jewelers and told them that my wife did not want her gift and that I wanted to return the earrings. I was told that I could not get my money back, I could only get store credit. I did not want anything else from there store and offered to at least pay for the different mountings I picked out. I was told the same thing, in store credit only. Now remember I asked before I bought the earrings, If I could return them if she did not want them. I was told yes. The truth is the people at Ciccarelli's will say whatever it takes to make a sale, but will not honor anything they have told you. Now I have a pair of earrings that I paid over two thousand for, that will get very little to no use.
