Best Cut & Color I've Ever Gotten. I am very particular about my hair. I had been recommended to several places by girlfriends (George Backus, Innovations, Mosaic - which are very pricey) but was most pleased with the JC Penney Salon at Vintage Faire.

I've been going to NADIA V. (remember the V - apparently there's two). She always takes her time placing the foils and coloring, then does my cut. After she cuts and blow drys, she trims and "touches-up" the hair dry so it's PERFECT.

I ALWAYS get compliments when I go to her. I have a short, a-line bob that's stacked in the back. I was never commited to a stylist til her.

***She's the short one with LONG GORGEOUS hair.
