Return Policy Not So Friendly. I love their clothes, they've got great quality clothes that fit good. I have been shopping there a lot lately but I purchased a jacket that I didn't like when I got home and then somehow lost the receipt. The jacket was $50 but because of a recent sale and the fact that I lost my receipt all they would give me was $25.

I understand that people take advantage of stores but I don't like being treated like a criminal. I took the $25 it was better than the nothing I would get just letting the coat sit in my closet or sell it at a garage sale but won't be spending so much there in the future.

I do have to say other than that I've gotten really good service there. While I try not to loose receipts it happens.
