CLEAN Property.
My husband & I just moved out of one of Parkside's properties. We rented it for two years. We had looked at quite a few houses and this one was by far the very cleanest. The office staff was always very nice to deal with.
They took care of any maintenance issues quickly. They gave me a list to follow to get our deposit back (which we did). I would highly recommend them to any one looking for a rental.
Best Property Management Co EVER!. I love this company. My husband and I rented from them and never had any problems. I have rented from several other places and none can compare so if you are looking to rent see if they have any properties for rent first before you go anywhere else.
