Noah Yates Modesto CA Great food with great staff. If your wondering what years of experience will get you on the perfect meal? You have to try the Moon, they don't have one bad item on the menu.

I have never had one bad meal or dish from the moon and the price is cheap compared to the taste.

Hands down the best food in Modesto,CA.

Great local Resturant. My wife and I ate hear not too long ago and loved it! She ordered the Blue moon burger which she absolutely loved! I had the Dinah mo burger with garlic fries! Would recommend if you're looking for quality not cheap fast food!

yummmmmmm. I love Harvest Moon! I have never been let down by anything I order. All the food is fresh, and seems to be on the healthy side. Prices are great for this upper scale/ casual dining experience. Almost feels like a cafe you would find in SF. Servers are friendly......you must try HM!!!

Good food, slow service. I just returned from lunch at Harvest Moon. The food was very tasty...had the crab sandwich deluxe. Very refreshing...not crab salad, just crab meat. However, the brusqueness of the hostess was not expected. Without reservations we had to sit outside, which actually turned out to be quieter; it was just the brusqueness that was strange. Service was slow. My friend ordered the sweet potato fries simply because we had heard so much about them. We didn't find anything spectacular about them. Mushy inside. We both agreed we would rather have a baked sweet potato. We didn't detect any seasoning on the sp fries at all.

In the future, IF I return I will definitely make reservations; however, I may still choose to sit outside.

A Hollywood review. I run a very high profile agency in Beverly Hills, CA. I was in Modesto looking at locations with 3 VERY well known Hollywood stars. Harvest Moon was recommended to us for lunch and I have to tell you that it has all the qualities of a 5 star establishment in LA to New York!! From the food to the service. Our party had a great meal and the best thing was that we were treated like regular people and did not stand out. I wish there was a Harvest Moon down here. They would be very successful and would be filled with the who's who of Hollywood! All our best! We will be back soon I guarantee that!!

The blue moon burger is fabulous. I have eaten here many times and the food is always great. The sweet potatoes fries are wonderful and I take my family there often as possible. Enjoy!

Seating can be a bit odd. We've gone to Harvest Moon several times. I do enjoy the change of pace, however some of the tables can make you feel like you're crammed into a glorified hallway. I've always had good service, however the food has at times been a bit of a let down. When I go I end up thinking, "Oh I liked the entree at Momo's better and it would of been less expensive." Their burger is good, far too many bell peppers though, and on the expensive side. Bleachers makes a tasty burger for half the price. Perhaps if you get a good table the ambience can justify the price difference? I'm not sure though. Parking in the afternoon is a pain in the neck.

Cute, fun restaurant. I really enjoy going to Harvest Moon because it is a well-decorated restaurant with tasty food. I love everything with crab in it, especially the quesadilla (which they make, even if they aren't on the menu), sandwich, or Neil's Toss (a popular salad). They have excellent cinnamon icecream. I recommend having it with the chocolate cheesecake.

I wish, however, that they would redefine the way they serve soda, as doing it from pitchers means that it's always flat.

It's romantically fun, located downtown, and a cheerful atmosphere. I recommend making a reservation for weekend nights, but if you go in at an odd hour or for an early dinner, you can squeak in with a minimum of waiting.

Sweet Potato Fries. Go for the Sweet Potato Fries. Mediocre fare and service. Tri-Tip special is pretty tasty. Noisy. Sometimes a good wait for a table. Been several times but no entrees were memorable.
