i was sick and i don't have health insurance. my friend recommend me to aspen; it cost me only 25 dollar with the coupon that i got online. i love the doctor and the staffs there. they're so nice and helpful.

Aspen Medical Group...McHenry Office. FNP Erickson was professional and determined my problem immediately. He ordered the appropriate tests.

I can't say much for the medical staff. Unprofessional. No friendly at all. Appeared to be defensive. When I would ask a question either in person or by phone, the person answering the phone couldn't answer the question or wouldn't and would refer me to someone, who didn't appear interested in helping me at all. I was tryng to get information about the MIA program because I don't have insurance. No help! It took me about 2 weeks to get a copy of my test results and they charged me $8.00 for 2 pieces of paper. I was disappointed this office was so indeifferent to me and my medical care beause I have no primary care physician and I would hesitate to return because of the staff. EP

re: aspen medeical group (Mat Freitas). I was losing my health and about to lose my career. Thats when I went for a check-up at Aspen Family Medical. Matt Freitas was the providing Dr. Ran a couple of blood tests and one week later found out what the problem was. Some medication and two weeks later I am as good as new. never felt better. thanks for everything.-----B.R.

UNBELIEVABLE!!. I was really sick so I called the doctor I had seen in the past he said I could come in in 2 weeks. I pleaded but was told there were no opennings. A friend told me about Aspen but I had never seen another doctor so I waited a day and ended up in the hospital for 2 days. The next time I got sick same thing no appointment available so I said "enough" I called Aspen they saw me that day and only charged me $50 1/2 what I paid my own doctor. Doctors were nice and helpful. Staff was great. They even gave me a 25 dollar coupon for my next visit. Where have they been all my life!!!!
