Best Brunch Spot in Modesto. Appetez is great food, great service, really nice atmosphere and exceptional prices. And, I don't mean "good for Modesto" (as a local girl who travels for a living, those comments that I see about Modesto restaurants irritate me to no end). We went for a Sunday bike ride and stopped in for brunch. We had Salmon Benedict that was outstanding and a very fluffly veggie omelet. The biscuits were fantastic. We sat outside, drank excellent coffee and thoroughly enjoyed the time there. The staff was friendly and fun. Sunday Brunch spots are not overly abundant in Modesto and this has officially become our spot!…
The romantic get-away restaurant in Modesto. I cannot say enough about my experience at Appetez. The staff was friendly, attentive without being obtrusive and the food was superb. They have a great wine list. I went there with my wife on our first wedding anniversary and everyone there made it the best possible experience. We had a very private booth (with a curtain) that made the experience second to none. If what you're looking for is a place that has a great atmosphere, great food and won't break the bank, Appetez is the place to go.…
