Truly Modesto's Favorite!. Pretty much my whole street and most people I know have bought their appliances at Direct, and for good reason. Everyone there seems to know a whole lot about what they sell, and they really seem to like what they do. I've found that if you go into the store (which doesn't look like much outside, but is beautiful inside) they go out of their way to find you the best deal. Deliveries are on time and personal, and although I've not had to have a service call, I've heard their technicians are really good. I like that they are locally owned and do a lot in the community, too.

This is my "go to" appliance store..
I have bought several appliances over the years and these are very friendly people with reliable service. The repairmen (when necessary) come prepared to fix the problem and finish their work quickly and leave the area clean when finished. The rates are fair and they stand behind their commitments. I will continue to shop for all my appliances at Direct Appliance.
A separate issue is that this store is owned by local people. That may explain why they try hard to please customers. Any transactions benefit the community.
Keep it local.

Poor customer service. Ordered parts in First of October and still do not have as 11-19-2007.
I will not purchase anything in the future from Direct Appliance, in the future due
to poor customer service.
