Very Nice and sweet. I had to change my quince part three times.And they were great about it.I ordered my dress,shoes,tiara,photo album,sign in book,pillow from them. My dress arrived very quickly, then my photo album,sign in book, & pillow. Every time i told the, we were changing the date they just said let us know when you wanna pick up the dress:) My tiara and shoes haven't gotten here but they told me;there be here around mid january. If it weren't for the holidays theyd be here already. All the ladies are really nice,each time i go its pretty fun to ttalk to them. Well point is there a really great shop if your looking for a fabulous dress & great serive there the place. :)

I will be coming back. Dora is the reason I bought my wedding dress here. I live about two hours away but it is well worth the drive to have such wonderful people help me with my special day. I ordered my dress and it should be in toward the end of October or November. I am very excited and look forward to working with the staff. I will keep everyone posted on what kind of service I receive as the process continues.

Very Nice salesperson. I walked in to look and Dora was so very nice and helpful. She took time to see what I was interested in and knew her shop and the designer I liked. She quickly pulled out a few dresses for me to try on. Give them a try!!

A HORRID place of ANY BRIDE. If I could give this store a negative star I would. Not only is this place disorderly and unorganized, the customer service is not good enough for theives and robbers! I ordered my bridal shoes from this store as well as my mothers shoes and a flower girl dress. I was told my items would be in the store in a week and it would take them 1 day to dye the two pairs of shoes. Seven weeks later, there were still no items!!!! No one answered questions nor returned my calls. My shoes arrived the week before the wedding and then I was able to get my final fitting....what a stressful situation! They are all liars and even the owner will not tell you the truth. I paid in full, they cashed my check and never ordered my items until I drove down there to figure out what was going on. I would advise everyone to stay away!!!!!! I am so glad it was only shoes and I didn't order my dress through them.
